Northwest Chapter

This month’s newsletter features an opportunity to help support the Vatican Intern Fellowships program! The Vatican Fellowship program is growing and, thanks to the support of the patrons, will be increasing the fellowship term to 12 months. Please read below about how to become involved. Also, I would like to give a special thank you to all who attended our May event! For those unable to attend, you will find a short summary below.

May Patrons Event

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible!

Thanks to your generous support, our May event was a success! Patrons gathered at the University of Washington Catholic Newman center on May 30th to listen to Michael Edwards speak about art in the west and how it related to our Christian faith. Her talk spoke deeply to the work the patrons do, and highlighted the importance of supporting the arts. The patrons were joined by young adults in the Seattle community who have expressed an interest in the arts and in our NW Patrons chapter. Overall, it was wonderful to gather to discuss our common interests, and to celebrate the great work the Patrons have done and continue to do! Thank you to everyone who made this event possible!

You are receiving this message as someone who has expressed an interest in the work of the Northwest Chapter of the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. Patrons work with the Vatican Museums to preserve and restore art and artifacts in the Museum’s collections, making beautiful and significant art accessible to museums visitors. If you would like to be more involved or have a question, please email us at nwpatrons@gmail.com.
